Hiraku is a Brooklyn, New York based street artist. Her name Hiraku originated from an online gaming community, inspired by the Japanese culture. Her love of the arts has always been deep. Since she started creating her monsters in 2015, they have developed alongside her. Her main character, "Creep," is a representation of herself and was made in memory of her late black cat, "Shadow."
She created a world full of monsters because she had a great fascination with creating strange creatures and monsters, hoping that they might make people smile.
